Return & Refunds

At this time, we do not offer returns or refunds on any items. Items as marked as pre-order will only be allowed for cancellation during the pre-order timeframe. Outside of the pre-order timeframe, you will not be allowed to cancel your order. For in-stock items, we allow cancellations within 24 hours of order confirmation.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

EXCHANGES

We currently do not offer size exchanges on all items. Please ensure the item you are purchasing is the correct size and quantity. We will not allow for returns or exchanges on items.

CHARGEBACKS

Please email us first at support@creatorapparel.co with any issue on your order and we will work with you directly to make it right. Do not file a chargeback. We take chargebacks extremely seriously, and any fraudulent chargeback filed against an order that falls within our clearly disclosed production, fulfillment, and shipping timelines will be disputed in full with complete order documentation. All of our timelines and policies are disclosed at the time of purchase, and by placing an order you acknowledge and agree to them, so give us the chance to resolve any concern and we promise we are easy to work with.
