How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Please expect a minimum of 3-4 weeks for your product to be fully produced. From there, please allow 5-10 business days for fulfillment to receive and process all orders for shipping. All products are produced, fulfilled, and shipped overseas.
How will I be notified about my order?
You should receive an order confirmation email after placing an order within 5-10 minutes. If you don't receive this email, please check your junk or spam folder before emailing us. It is important to confirm you receive this email in order to help us with any questions you may have. From there, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us with a valid tracking number. Since all orders are pre-orders, tracking links will be sent approximately around the time we receive all of the finished inventory.
I need to change my address, is that still an option?
We recommend customers plan ahead and anticipate at least 4-6 weeks total time from ordering to delivery. You are required to confirm your delivery address at the time of checkout. We will allow address changes up until the ordering period ends. Once an order has a tracking number generated, we will be unable to change the delivery address. Creator Apparel, LLC and its affiliates are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses.
Am I responsible for taxes and customs fees?
No. All of our shipping rates are DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). This means any customs duties, taxes, and import fees are already calculated and included in your shipping cost at checkout. You will not be billed any additional charges by customs or the carrier upon delivery. Everything is handled up front, so there are no surprise fees on your end.
Will I be charged anything extra when my order arrives?
No. Because your order ships DDP, the price you pay at checkout is all-inclusive of duties and taxes. In the rare event that a local authority or carrier requests any additional payment, please contact us right away and we will make it right.
I have an issue with my order. What should I do?
Please email us first. Since all orders are pre-orders with a production window, we ask that you reach out to us at support@creatorapparel.co with any questions or concerns during production and we will work with you directly to resolve them. Whether it's an address change, an order question, or a delay concern, we are here to help and will always make things right.
Please do not file a chargeback. Filing a chargeback for a pre-order that is still within its stated production and fulfillment timeline is considered fraudulent, and we take chargebacks seriously. All of our production and shipping timelines are clearly disclosed at the time of purchase, and by placing a pre-order you acknowledge and agree to them. We dispute all illegitimate chargebacks with full order documentation, including proof of these disclosed timelines. If you have any issue at all, email us and give us the chance to resolve it, we promise we are easy to work with.
